Here at 3 Seasons Landscaping you are paid by the piece rate. What does this mean? this means that you are paid proportional to the amount of jobs you work. So for example, we could set a rate of $100 for a specific job, that means that regardless of how long a job takes the pay will be $100. P.S: the majority of mulching jobs in the spring take 3-4 hours so that technically comes out to $25-33 an hour. 

All of our employees usually work 4-5 days a week. However we can accommodate to peoples schedules. 

Yes you can! We are open to hiring people just for the summer or for the spring after school. If you are interested, give us a call.
